1. Accepting these terms

By using MoodRoulette you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. The service is free, provided as-is, and intended for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Guest accounts

Joining a Watch Party creates an anonymous guest session on your device. You are responsible for activity carried out under your session. Don't attempt to impersonate another participant or to access rooms you weren't invited to.

3. Watch Party rooms

• Room codes are shareable — anyone with the code can join, so only share it with people you want in the room.
• The host sets the shared filters and can restart the round from the lobby. Hosts should not use the room to broadcast content to strangers.
• Display names must not be offensive, harassing, or contain personal data about other people. We may remove rooms or names that break this rule.
• Rooms, votes and matches are temporary and may be deleted at any time. Don't rely on them as a permanent record.
• Don't automate, scrape, flood or otherwise abuse room creation, swiping, or our APIs, and don't attempt to disrupt other people's sessions.

4. Recommendations and streaming availability

Film data, ratings, artwork and streaming availability come from third-party sources and can be out of date or wrong for your region. MoodRoulette does not host, stream or sell any films. Whether a title is actually available to you depends on your own subscriptions and your streaming provider's terms.

5. Advertising and affiliate links

The site is funded by advertising and affiliate commissions. Outbound "Watch Now" links may be affiliate links, and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We are not responsible for third-party sites, their content, pricing, or their handling of your data. See the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Intellectual property

Film titles, posters and descriptions belong to their respective rights holders and are used for identification and editorial purposes. The MoodRoulette name, interface and code remain ours.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
